Well I don't have a silver bullet -- but I do have something better:

That is the promise!
The requirement for each of us is
to daily immerse ourselves in the Book of Mormon.
So how can we make reading the Book of Mormon a higher priority in our lives?
What would happen if we treated our Book of Mormon like we treat our cell phone?
What would happen if we treated our Book of Mormon like we treat our cell phone?
- What if we carried it around in our pocket?
- What if we turned back to get it if we forgot it?
- What if we flipped it open several times a day?
- What if we spent an hour or more using it every day?
- What if we used it consistently to receive messages from the text?
- What if we treated it like we couldn’t live without it?
- What if we searched for new applications?
- What if we used it as we traveled?
- What if we used it in case of an emergency?
What WOULD happen if we
treated our Book of Mormon like we treat our cell phone?
* To immerse is to plunge into something that surrounds or covers.
** Immunization is the process whereby a person is made immune or resistant to an infectious disease.

Thank you for this message. One thing that I have pondered throughout my life is the following questions: "Do we truly BELIEVE the promises in the Book of Mormon?" Many of us have grown up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. We have come to develop a testimony that it is the true church upon the earth at this time. I personally have found that I say to myself and to others (and truly do know and believe) that I know the church is true. But the scriptures say that if we keep the commandments we will be saved. They say that miracles have not ceased. They say that the priesthood is the power of God. We must then ask ourselves, "Do we truly believe that?" I find that sometimes I struggle with this. My faith waivers at times of weakness. My faith is not as strong as I believe it to be. I am working on developing the faith to say, "I know that the scriptures are true. I know that the promises will come to pass if I complete and follow the premises that it gives us. I know that God is my Father and he wants me to succeed and will help me through my trials."
